Indigo Airlines 6E - Timing regarding check in for dependent of armed forces and employee of armed employee

I have booked the indigo flight as dependent of armed force on **rd June **** from Dehradun to Pune. I have reached Almost * hr prior to flight take off but the counter person of airline said window is closed. As I have booked the flight as a dependent of armed forces so we are not able to do for web check in. There was a msg pop up continuously of invalid details. Also not received any message from indigo regarding check in and all message. I was at check in counter at **:** along with *-* more from same flight. But they closed the window out of *, * were without web checking because they don’t know n I was facing problem in web checkin.
This is not the way you treat your regular customers. Dehradun airport is very small one we paid so much money for to save time but indigo not considered us. I was requesting them if you guess not support the armed forces dependent them who will….. after a heated argument she provided me a flight via Delhi to Pune which will reach Pune at **:** pm. N I was in airport at **:**am. Indigo airlines have to pay for my time waste n to creat the unnecessary problem. Airport was vacant no rush nothing so atleast give the passenger a good window for checkin rather then to create problem. For passenger.
