Respected Sir,
My brother have booked ticket in Sri Rhenukambal travels from Chennai to Nagercoil on **/*/**** . Time *:** PM.
The bus seats are not filled with passengers so the management cancelled *:** PM travels and merged it with *:** PM travels. My brother had an examination on **/*/**** (TNPSC EXAM) time *:** AM. He asked the management about the issue they told him bus had break down and been rude with him.
He asked the money back to management but they quarreled with him and not pay the money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
