Suzuki Motors - Till 6 month not received no. plate and RC of bike

i am ompralash form palwal i live in gurgaon. before * months agoi purchased a bike (suzuki intruder ***) on **/**/**** but till now date **/**/**** i did not received my no. plate and RC. i call regurally to company after * months they says me that you are bolong to palwal so we can not provide the no. at palwal address then they will suggest me for gurgaon no. and i will agree for gurgaon no. and rc. but now after * month i did not received my no. and rc. Total * month but i did not received my no. and rc. please help me.
