Since last * month, I am facing broadband disconnection issue with Tikona. Many times I had a complaint to them about my issue but they just give me service reference no. & send one engineer then that fellow does some reset work on router & confirms that issue is solved. Last time when an engineer visited my premises he told me that the problem of broadband disconnection is from the main broadband tower which is opposite to my house & assured me that he will talk to the main engineer of company & rectify it but nothing was done. Again I complain of **.**.** & got reference no. & engineer was assigned but he never visited my premises. On **.**.** I got a message from Tikona that the engineer has assured resolution of service issue on uid: **********. To my shock engineer without visiting my premises has assured resolution of my service issue when the problem still persists. Till now my problem is not solved & broadband connection uses to get disconnected every ** - ** minutes.
I hereby request you to please look into the matter and resolve my problem with Tikona Digital Network Broadband Mumbai. My Tikona Broadband Account no. is **********.
