I have raised multiple requests to tikona for stopping their net connection services well in advance. I have asked for refund of my deposits.
However nobody is giving me confirmation or acknowledgement.
Infact am getting new bill from tikona for * months.
I only get retention calls and they just ask why I want to disconnect but nobody helps.
