Tikona - Tikona generating bills post disconnection

Arjun PK filed complaint against Tikona on Feb 12, 2020

I raised a Tikona disconnection request on Dec**. Despite this Tikona keeps on generating bills and are forcing me to pay up even though all the Tikona belongings have already been handed over.
I raised a relocation request when I shifted my house. Tikona engineer visited and confirmed that Tikona services are not available at the new place. He collected all my belonging of Tikona after the visit. Iwent ahead and dropped a mail to Tikona customer care on **th December. I even paid my bill for my last bill period with Tikona on Dec**.
Despite of all these Tikona kept generating bills for January and February. Now they are trying to extort from me.stating that the connection is still in active state and I have to pay up.
