Hi,
We have purchase VIP products at vip lounge Jayanagar *th block Bangalore . On **/**/****. For RS *****/- invoice number is S**S**/****, and we have got three tickets in holiday trip scheme but,
Actually today I am going to book one ticket by redeeming ViP holiday voucher . I want to start journey from Bangalore to guwahati ( Assam satate ) but if select Bangalore journey from Bangalore in destination place guwahati is not coming so kindly check let me know the status pls .

As i discussed with Travel team helpdesk at VIP , I here by giving screen shot of direct flights available on **th Feb **** departure from Bangalore to Guwahati Assam state and same on ** Mar **** from Guwahati to Bangalore.

At the time of purchase, you should have brief us the scheme properly right, we haven't heard rules and regulations of the holiday trip package,

We are the villagers belongs to Agriculturist, my uneducated father and elder brother has blindly believed on your VIP brand.

But The VIP has done hide and seek cheating with poor uneducated persons.

Really this is not fair to hear from you.
