- Ticket not delivered Open
I had booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi due to issues in the payment process, I had to do the booking twice and both times the amount was deducted from my account. The Trip IDs were- ************ for which we received tickets and ************ for which Tickets were not received. Further in Cleartrip portal we did not get the airline PNR due to which cancellation was not possible. I tried contacting the Customer care through telephone and email however they suggested to contact the Coustomer Care through web portal which was asking for the PNR number for cancellation. I thought that may be the amount would be auto-refunded. However even after more than a month the amount has not been refunded. I tried contacting Cleartrip through their Facebook page, but there was no response.
