Resolution Demanded:

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have booked an Indigo Flight via Make My Trip for **th Sep ****, this booking was done in Mid July (**th July ****) via Make My Trip.
Now without any information to me, I got a message from Make My Trip saying your flight ticket is cancelled by Airlines.
Later when I mailed them checking the same, they said they had a word with Indigo Customer Executive and as per her I cancelled the ticket (which is not true, I did not raise any cancellation request)
As checked with Indigo, their customer executive is saying to me - your booking is cancelled as per your travel agency's request and confirmation with applicable charges
Now you only see, I am getting different responses from all and the case is just going in ping pong fashion.
I emailed them, posted on X, raised consumer grievance with number ******* and contacted them but no positive response from them, they are just asking me to go to each other and check.
My Details are as mentioned below:
PNR - K*Y**N
* PX Details - Arpit Singh Chouhan, Dilip Sing Chouhan
Travel Date - ** Sep ****
Date of Booking - ** July ****
Email ID - arpit.s.chouhan@gmail.com
Contact Number - **********
I sincerely request you that -
I have not raised any cancellation request, I am still ON for this trip, I have one way tickets with me and I need this ticket to be booked
Please please, help me get a confirmed ticket for the same day from Varanasi to Indore. I do not who asked Indigo to cancel but that is not me for sure.
Please understand, I have booked this ticket in EMI and I am still paying for this ticket, why would I cancel for less than **% refund ?
Thanks
