Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Ticket cancellation

I was booking my return journey for Goa and the flight timings were wrongly selected. So I contacted the customer service of Happyeasygo who misguided me to cancel the flights from the Airline - SpiceJet and then they would refund the amount minus convenience fee (Rs. *** per ticket).
When I got the tickets cancelled, for which airline people charged cancellation fee and cameback to Happyeasygo they said that if the Airlines gives you full refund then only we can refund otherwise we would charge you **** per person per ticket + convenience as cancellation which is more than my booking amount.
I provided them proofs of cancellation and refund amount from SpiceJet for which they say the ticket was booked for Corporate flight which I was never informed.
This is a fraudulent way of working on the part of Happyeasygo.
