Hello Sir/Madam
I'm a Mpokket customer and i have taken **,*** loan from their application & i have failed to make a payment from * to * years due to unemployment caused at the time of Covid , Now im in state where i can repay and im asking * months of time to clear , But im getting calls and they speaks very harshly and threatens that they will visit house and all where im already informed them via mail that i will pay in * months .
The amount that i have taken is **.* k As mentioned above and they have put a due interest till ***** and asking me to pay ** k which i cant afford as my living will be very difficult max i can pay **k i * months i have mailed them. I am ready to pay at the court as well as i have a notice which i got from Mpokket , They are not even responding for that .If this continues my carrier will be affected and my living will b e difficult and ill be left with the option to die only .
