I purchased thomson tv from flipkart. After almost * months of usagae the led tv started showing defect in its display. Company replaced unit after * months. I wrote many mails and made many calls to the coustmore care of the company. Now after * months of replacement the unit again started showing same display defect i even tried contacting company through mail and telephonic also. Now company is giving lame excuse and try to dispose of the complainant that the led is physically damage only on the behalf of picture of the led i hv sent to them . They neither made any technician visit just want to set aside my issue by vague and lame excuses. Here by request to look into the matter and resolve ASAP.
