This has the reference of oredr #**-**-****** Canon ***XL Ink Cartridge, Black for Value of INR **** dt May ** th **** on LT ONLINE STORES, so far various attempts made thru e mail and phone numbers all stopped working . June ** th they replied they shall issue partial refund which is also not done . Fron June till date various reminders sent to them and the auto response alwas reports that they have less number of staff in covid situation but they are misleading the same as most of Mumbai is in operation since * months . I have done * years lot transaction and now they conduct these fradulent business which is so unfair . Request urgent help to get them do their buysiness straight and get mey refund at the earliest .
