Meesho - The return that I received from meesho as a seller was fraud and no sollution was provided and this

i am a seller on meesho and I've been selling on meesho for * months. When it comes to RTO the service that has been provided by meesho is fraud service and out of ** RTO only * are proper and rest are old used products. and when i raised a complain in the support they were not providing any sollution for that and they responded that we tried calling on registered phone number but it was unanswered, which was a total lie in order to close the ticket. and the RTO that i've been frauded with was a courrior return so that means it was a fake order placed by meesho itself and did that fraud and later denying that. i am a small seller and I have invested my entire savigs till now in doing that meesho business and i have suffered a loss doing that and the oly reason being meesho's poor management and fraud
