- The product not delivered Open
I ordered * products from Amazon on *rd June' **** (*). Women Clutch - Rs.***/- (*). V. Guard AC stabalizer - Rs ****/- which was supposed to be delivered on *th June ****. I received * packet but it's contains some cream pack which I never ordered. Then I opened Amazon app to put detail of the wrong product I have received but what I see the Amazon app is showing that my both the products has been delivered. When I call Amazon customer care no. For the same. Executive there put a replacement of my * product i.e women Clutch & updated that it will be replaced by *th June ****. And said we are checking about my other product i.e V Guard AC stabalizer as where the product gone will be investigating & update u by *th of Jube'**, again I followed up with then about my second product then it's in investigation process will update you by **th Jube'** via e-mail. Then all of sudden I got mail on *th June'** night saying as per report from our investigation team your V Gaurd stabalizer has been delivered to you so will will not refund the money. After seeing this on **th June'** I called then the Amazon executive nayeem very rudely answered that will not refund your money as there investigation team has submitted the report that the product has been delivered. That was shocking I said make me speak to your investigation team or let me know the delivery person name u delivered the product he very rudely said we can give u any detail & neither will refund ur money do whatever u want to do. What the Amazon think of himself he can do anything he wants to do with the customer. I asked them to show me the my receiving that I have received the product how can u guys sitting there and decided that product has been delivered he again said will not refund ur money do whatever you want to do. This highly unprofessional. We spend our hard earned money. I will not leave them.
