Duty Free Shoppe - The delivered product is fake

,I had ordered an apple airpod pro at ***** rs cod. I had paid an advance amount of **** via paytym and the rest amount was cash on delivery. Today I received the product and I paid ***** balance amount. After unboxing the product I came to know that product delivered is fake. The serial no on the box and on the pods and on the case does not match with each other.I went to the apple store to verify the product they verified it and said its fake. I tried calling them ***times even mailed them, but no reply from their end. Below I am sharing the video of the attachment, and the invoice.
