My Fortuner Car was financed by ICICI Bank Ltd situated at Tikona Park, Model Town Branch, Ludhiana, Punjab. They helped criminal by giving NOC of my Fortuner Car which was financed by my company. I was only the proprietor of my company. They have given NOC without my company authority letter. They are helping criminals. This crime has proved on dated **.**.**** in FIR **** under police station Div.No.*. ICICI Bank Ltd has paid the bribe to some police officers to get out from this crime. They have given a big loss and trying to escape from this crime. They have disturbed me mentally. Due to the negligence of ICICI bank, I am suffering financially and mentally.
