Stemz Global - Test Not done

I had booked home testing appointment from stemz global on **/**/**. The date and time of appointment was on **/**/** at ** to ** AM. It was supposed to be done before my flight to ahemdabad from kolkata on **/**/**.They called me for confirmation of appointment and I complied with everything But they never came to take my samples. At last on **/**/** in the morning tgey called to ask if my sample was collected or not, And after I told them that it was not collected they told me that now it was not possible to carry out the test before my departure and asked me to cancle it. I asked them for refunds and i never got any response. I have sent multiple Emails, But i still did not receive my refund.
