I was appointed as a BDE on *nd Sept. **** with an organization called QLB marketing Insights. After ** days of my work over here my Director suddenly started showing me down on the company's whatsapp group. This was after office hours. In continutation following are the ponts I would like to highlight for justifying the mental harrassment and forced resignation imposed on me:
*. When i tried to ask to the company for the compensation according to terms in offer letter (mentioning that * month extra salary would be given), they tried to force me to resign and take current month's salary or else they would terminate me and spoil my career.
*. Hence I humbly emailed my resignation mentioning the one month salary as assured.
*. Inspite of this, they started forcing me to accept the actual working days salary else they would terminate me.
*. When I did not agree on the same, I was given a termination letter without any salary, breaching the terms mentioned in offer letter.
*. Also the reasons given for my termination were not valid. I was terminated just because I requested them to adhere to terms of offer letter. To save their cruel face from coming out before other employees, the Company tried to sue me on basis of misconduct. They suddenly realized such misconduct after reading my conditional resignation which was forced upon me.
*. It should also be noted that the reasons mentioned for my termination were not justifying my best performance which I had given even as a new employee in just a few days. In context of termination please see that -
a. It was actually me who was harrassed by making me work during lunch breaks and also after office hours.
b. For asking an appreciation for working extra hours and also during lunch breaks, my Director tried to show off that everyone was working in same
fashion over years an it was not any injustice just to me, rather I should adjust to such way of working.
Due to the above mentioned turn of events, I am facing sudden and unexpected financial instability plus a lag in my career graph. I feel like lost and mentally down due to such wrong harassment which spoiled my hard work which got unpaid. To be fair - I feel that I should teach a lesson to such companies by suing them for much bigger amount.
