Sir I buy SONY ** FHD *D SMART LED TV **W***D from nacharam reliance digital, I buy a reliance insurance policy for the television and it's valid till ** Dec ****, my television got screen blur problem, I raised ticket on ** Jun ****, service center person came and took the television for repair to service center, they told me they fix it in * days and they will return, but they didn't fix it, they still not return my television, when I am trying to contact they not giving proper response, today is *th Aug **** Still they said need more time to fix, please help me on this, thank you.
