I am writing this complaint to explain the issues I faced with 'YOU BROADBAND' internet services. I did not get Wi-Fi from **th May **** to **st May ****. I raised a complaint by using you broadband App on **th may, local technician responded and informed me that the local connection box which they use to connect * or * customer’s connection was short of power, so he suggested me to install that box in my house for which I said no because if that was the case I would have opted for another network who offer me internet services without installing that box in my house instead I asked them for dedicated connection and was willing to pay the amount it needed. Again I am encountering the same issue from *rd June **** to till date (*th July****) I have * connection to internet or Wi-Fi. I have called you broadband customer care number of times, every time executives use to say the same statements that they are putting my concern in high priority or they are escalating my issue but till now(*th June ****) no technician from you broadband called me that they are coming to rectify the issue and give me internet services as it's been * week now. I opted for ** month data plan and paid full amount to you broadband already. Till now I received SMS from you broadband regarding the feedback to executive I spoke to or suggesting me to use you broadband App but never received a SMS regarding the complaint or about the technician who is going to address the issue, they are not even hinting approximate time period to address the issue, every time I call they are saying tomorrow my issue will be sorted out. I am a student preparing for competitive exams so paid for ** months at a time to get no or minimum interrupted services but it's been many times now no proper response or action I could see from You Broadband services... as it’s been * month now I am forced to opt for another network as I need it the most which costed me double the amount as I paid You Broadband and also the new network I opted and I am upset with the way You Broadband grievance desk is responding when raised a complaint. Please address this issue. Thank you
