Already all disconnection procedure completed on website and mobile app. Also confirmed by 'You Broadband ' Pune appellate officer 'Shahaji Dupade'
As per official Refund policy, refund should be credited to my account within **-** days but already that timeline crossed as modem was collected on **thSep'**.Attached the acknowledgement document received from You broadband as well.
