I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and demand immediate compensation for a significant financial loss I incurred today, January **, ****, due to a critical technical glitch in your Grow stock market app.
Incident Details:
Date and Time: The issue occurred between *:** AM and **:** AM on January **, ****.
Nature of the Problem: I was unable to log in to the Grow app for approximately *.* hours due to some technical glitch in the app
Attempts to Contact Customer Support: During this time, I attempted to reach customer support on multiple occasions. I made over ** calls to the provided customer care number, yet all calls were either met with a busy signal or went unanswered. Unfortunately, all attempts were unsuccessful.
Uncertain Order Execution: Due to the app's inaccessibility, I was unable to confirm whether my pending orders were executed during this period. This lack of control and visibility over my investments caused immense stress and anxiety.
Impact and Consequences:
The inability to access the app during this critical market window resulted in a substantial financial loss of INR * Lakhs. This significant loss could have been avoided had the app functioned properly and customer support been available to assist me.
Desired Resolution:
In light of this unacceptable incident and the financial hardship it has caused me, I demand the following:
Full compensation for the incurred loss of INR * Lakhs: I expect your prompt and complete reimbursement for the financial damages I suffered due to the app's technical glitch.
Formal acknowledgment of the issue: I request a written acknowledgment from Grow recognizing the severity of this incident and its impact on my account.
Detailed explanation and preventative measures: I demand a thorough explanation of the technical glitch and the steps being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Apology and goodwill gesture: An apology for the inconvenience and distress this incident has caused would be appreciated. A goodwill gesture, such as a subscription extension or fee waiver, would also demonstrate your commitment to addressing customer concerns.
Escalation Notice:
Please be advised that if my issue is not addressed seriously and swiftly to my satisfaction, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. I intend to file official complaints with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Consumer Forum to highlight the app's malfunction and lack of customer support.
