Hello Team,
As a part of professional development i had enrolled on **th Nov **** with ACTE in to pursue a course. The date provided for training was **th Nov ****. After frequent email follow-up they somehow arranged a trainer on **th Dec ****. The trainer was a freelancer and had no knowledge on the course. So, i raised a concerned-on *rd day for the same. On Dec **th i got reply from the ACTE backend team ' We don't have a trainer, also we cannot refund your money as its mentioned on our policy'. Since then, till Jan **** they never responded to call or email for the trainer. After so much of heated discussion on emails i asked if they can provide me with a different course listed on the website. They agreed somehow but they dont have a trainer now as well for different technology.
I have mailed them multiple times as my time and money both are wasted, hence i want a refund as they dont have the trainer.
I have all the evidences of email, call and the payment receipt.
I would request you to please assist me on this
