I had a term deposit in the name of my minor son with RBL Bank Vasant Vihar Branch, New Delhi. The TDS was deducted and deposited under Minor's Pan though it should have been deducted under Guardian's Pan number. I have taken up the matter with Principal Nodal officer of the bank but he did nothing and filed a complaint with Ombudsman but he did not interfere as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
