Tata Motors - Tata Motors lying on delivery and billing dates

Tata motors -KTH whitefiled bangalore , had mailed andd informed us that the car billing would happen in November,**-**.But we are now not hearing from them. There is no response from the team.
We suspect there is black marketing with TATA cars specially in Tata -KTH Whitefield company.
