Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a nexon car from KD Motor shahjahanpur on ** Apr **. Due to exisency of service i could not avail *st FREE service from the service centre. Today i visited to KD Motor shahjahapur for *nd free service of my car UP ** BM **** total km run ****. Being a fee service, however service agent make a workorder of ****/- which is not understood during */* free service. I enquired from some other motor agency they denied that no payment will be made during free service unless any part/items is fitted. Moreover, Behavior of the staff was also unpleasent. they are trying charge /fee for washing of veh and a minor scretch at mud guard was not repair although i reported the matter to GM. SMTP error was also not rectified and forcely delivered the veh. This was undue delay completing the assinged work order timely and also harrasment to the costomers.
