I purchased two sarees from https://www.tamalboutique.com. They had * Day free return advertised on the website. So I went ahead with the purchase. But the detailed refund policy link was not working.
When I got the two sarees, they did not match the image and description shown on the website. So I immediately contacted the seller and informed her that I want to return both the sarees. Initially she said she is shifting her residence, sent photos of moving house and said after the Pujo Festival she will do the return. When I followed up she changed her tune, she says they do returns for damaged products only and refused the refund and return. She changed the refund policy also on the website. Now she is not responding at all.
Please help.
