Ebooksfilling online - Taking money in lieu of activation of account

I was looking for some online job when I came across ebooksfilling.online. I filled in my details and later it said it needed a payment of ***rs which I made immediately. Now neither the account has been activated not anyone has reader out to me inspite of so many messages. I feel this is cheating. Their system is not accepting mails either . Just looting small amount of money so that people dnt report. I want my refund.
