K R Enterprises - Taken Rswithout providing the job

My name is VIVEK SRIRAM. I registered in the above-mentioned job consultancy named K R Enterprises in Kanakapura. The person's name is Madhusudan told us by giving false assurance to provide a job in the INFOSYS company. He initially told us to pay **, *** and **, ***. Then, later demanded to pay **, *** by providing the job via back door entry. We paid the full amount of *, **, *** to the payee name CHIKAPPA M (Rs.**** for registration fees + Rs.*, **, ***) as mentioned. Later, when we asked for an offer letter. He is telling stories like training is postponed. Then, a few weeks later when I called him he told me that - you would get a call from the company within * - * days but, I have not received any call from them. Before giving *, **, *** he told the person named CHIKAPPA is the supervisor of the company and would provide training. The person named CHIKAPPA is the trainer of the company. Later, when I enquired online there was no person named CHIKAPPA in the INFOSYS company. This guy is cheating in the name of CHIKKAPPA by collecting all our funds in his bank account. Last month (July ****) we settled the amount of Rs. *, **, *** in total. My mother sold her precious gold and jewels to settle this amount of Rs.**, ***. The remaining amount of Rs. **, *** we paid initially via PhonePe to CHIKAPPA. Yesterday (July ****), he created some special stories like a person named CHIKAPPA got an accident. His head got injured and his leg was fractured. He was admitted to the Manipal Hospital. So, the training is postponed and the offer letter is there in Mangalore. When I enquired with the Manipal hospital receptionist there was no person named CHIKAPPA admitted to the hospital.

My mother and father believe this cheater very much. As he is telling them he will give the offer letter. Then, he asked for another amount of Rs. **, *** today to look after the chikappa that they paid via Paytm. The person is a real fraud and every time he is giving false assurance. Finally, I have not got the job as well as the offer letter. Kindly take necessary action against this cheater Madhusudan. My parents believe this cheater will be providing a job in INFOSYS. My mother sold her precious jewels and thalli and gave the amount to him. I know he will not provide me with the job. He has taken Rs. *, **, *** from us. This person is taking money from us every month by telling you are having training and an interview with the Infosys company, after taking money he is not calling me. kindly take necessary action against this person.

Later, he told my mother that he would provide a contract job in Vidhan Soudha. She paid the amount of Rs. *, *** in April ****. I have not got a job till now. I have complained to the nearest police station, but they are not taking any action.

Kindly recover the paid amount of Rs. *, **, ***.
