I Have Filed A Request To Repair My Swipe Machine on **-**-**** (**th of August ****).Till Date My Problem Is Not Being Solved And My Tickets Are Closed Or Sent In Delayed Status Without Providing Any Resolution. I Have Asked Customer Care Employees To Share Contact Details Of Their Grievance Redressal Head But They Have Refused To Give Any Name Contact Details Or Email ID Of Company.And Moreover One Employee Has Said I Would Be Charged ***+GST@**% For Inactive Status Of My Machine.
Either Resolve My Problem Of Give Me Full Refund Against My Your Bharatpe Swipe Machine Without Deducting Any Early Return Charges Of Inactivity Charges.
