- Suzuki bike engine issue ^Open

I wish to complain about GIXXER SF *** Engine No BGA*-****** that I purchased on **/October /**** from Pacholi Suzuki ( Gurgaon)

I am complaining because the bike doesn’t respond to the self start button like the engine doesn’t get started or many times during ride there are multiples of times I have faced the same engine missing issue in the bike and I couldn’t bare it anymore . To resolve this problem I would like you to either refund/ replace or provide the new warranty period from the beginning.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Abhishek Pacholi Dealer/Owner of the Pacholi Suzuki On **/Dec/**** that time I was told by the management that maybe the issue is with the bike lock system so my bike whole key system got replaced with the new one at no cost to me then same issue happened again and this time they said that issue could be with the battery so they have replaced it with the new one and promised to me that It won’t happen again but it did happen again on **/**/**** and now I am done with SUZUKI Dealers fake commitments and can’t trust them.
