All these started on July * when I was trying to buy a laptop from dell So, by scanning Bharat QR code in google pay I did the payment the transaction was successful but dell was saying they didn't receive the money. So, after * days, I raised a dispute in google pay, and even after * days, they were still saying that they didn't get the money. So, I contacted the bank and said that the payment was successful and the merchant didn't get the money and raised a complaint about the same. On the same day that dell contacted me on my phone and said they received the amount INR *****. Since I was buying this for my urgent use I went with Lenovo and I told them that I would like to get a refund because I bought another product. And on the next day itself, they have raised a refund request and said that you will get the money in a maximum of ** days.
On July ** I got a mail from India csb care dell stating that the order cancellation and refund, this is the first time I got a confirmation from dell that too after ** days of the transaction. So they didn't mention any the time required for the entire process, so I send them a mail asking for the same, from this point onwards I was completely ignored by the dell, they didn't give me any reply after * days on July ** they replied me that it will take *-** days and they will get back to me once the refund is initiated. On July **, I asked them what is the status and they didn't reply so I send them another * mails on the consecutive days that is July ** and ** and still, I didn't get any reply so I send a mail to their manager on July ** and she replied on the same day itself and said their member will call me and update. So, on July ** I got a call from a lady and she said my payment was declined and they didn't receive the money ** days ago their finance team confirmed the payment and now they are saying they didn't receive it. By hearing this I was panicked they told me they received the money and now they are saying they didn't get that. She asked me to check with my bank again and asked me to send my bank statement from July * to July ** and then only they can do something. After that call, I called the person who confirmed my payment on July * and he said that the finance team confirmed the payment and they are asking my bank details to send the money. Two hours ago, I received another mail from India csb care saying that they have to investigate this issue and they will give me an update within * days. On one side they are saying that the payment has been confirmed by finance and on the other side, they are saying it's not confirmed and they require more time for this.
On one side they are saying that the payment was successful and they received the money on the other side India csb care is saying it's not confirmed till now. For the past ** days because of these changing statements and poor support, I am having a lot of mental problems. I am completely fed up with this I heard a lot from dell, I can't bear this anymore.
