My education loan is from periods ****-****.I qualify for central sector interest subsidy scheme on education loan because my father's income is below *.* lakh perannum.subsidy disbursed is being showing on govt nodal bank (Canara bank) website and it is *,**,*** till the period of ****-**** . My bank(SBI BRANCH JHANSI TIRAHA) has not disbursed the same. AND IS CONTINUOUSLY CHARGING INTEREST AT THE RATE **% /ANNUM
