i am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that the
quality of modcrete blox and bond is sub-standard. the company's usp
is " the company is a quality conscious organization and committed to
offer defect free products to its clients" but am afraid to say that
company has maintained none of them. i had purchased fly ash bricks
block *********** (aac)and mod bond (aac block adhesive )wide
different invoices through sudarshan logistcs ,chitnis ki goth
,lakshkar, gwalior to build my premises in gwalior in **** . with due
process as prescribed and adviced by mr. vishnu gupta of sudarshan
logistics, we constructed walls through highly efficient contractor
(double storey premises). mr vishnu of sudarshan logistics had assured
us the high quality and high strength of fly ash brick block and mod
bond as mentioned in the brochure and based upon the assurance and the
quality mentioned it looked trustworthy to purchase them. just after
two months of installation(planting and fixing) the fly ash bricks
block and mod bond in my premises, i subsequently started finding
cracks in the wall in whole premises which resulted to stop the whole
construction work and we found the building in danger . we were
assured that modcrete blox conform to bureau of indian standard code
no- **** (part-*):**** but upon lab reports it was found sub-standard.
i immediately informed (approx **-** days ago) to mr vishnu of
sudarshan logistics regarding the complaint and the monetary loss
anticipated by me . at present i along with my family is facing
uncertainity and mental agony along with monetary loss that of more
than ** lakhs rupees. i had also written email along with a courier
via india post (tracking code : ei*********in ) but haven't received
any response from them.

i have also attached my invoices along with lab reports along with
defaulty product images.
