Lotusinterio Com - Study table Cabinate and Loft spoiled for small room

Myself and my wife hired Lotus Interior at Mega Center at Hadapsar to provide Interior services on **th January ****. As part of interior work, we gave them work of our two rooms - kids room and master bed room. For kids room, there were three items to be made - *) Study Table Cabinet, Study Table *) Kids bed loft. Lotus Interior spoiled the work for all the three items.

Study table cabinet has doors which can not be opened simultaneously. Also, they put joints in the doors of cabinet which caused the uneven hinges and gap at the top of the cabinet.

As for Study table, they had shown us different picture at the time of quotation, but did not put ply at two places which are exposing the walls. As for kids bed loft, the initial discussion was to put hydraulic pistons, but later they put hinges. Due to this bad design, adjacent doors can not be opened. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience. During last days, when I mentioned that I will cut money for spoiled work, additional items were added for payment without any basis.
