JJ GROUPS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS - Study certificate

Im poor guy i wanted to study and do job i have paid exam fees to JJ groups in tamilnadu they told me with in * months we will conduct exam but they didn't and they told me reason that becz of covid we are not conducting but this is **th month they cheated me im depressed becz my career was not good i have lost my job becz of certificates and i dont have any job wright now they are not refunding my money (*****)and they are threatening me that what ever u do we will not give money back and rudeness behaviour plz help me that amount will be very helpful it it refunded
