MOBIKWIK - STILL WRITTEN OFF AFTER REPAYMENT

I TOOK A LOAN (LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER: GSFTCF*LOCMBKW**********)THROUGH MOBIKWIK APP ON **/**/****. THE LENDING PARTNER WAS PFL. I HAVE HAD A CRUCIAL FINANCIAL DISASTER TIME THAT'S WHY I DEFAULTED MY REPAYMENT, BUT I'M ALWAYS TOUCH WITH MOBIKWIK VIA PHONE,EMAILS AND APP CHAT. THEY SEND A LEGAL NOTICE TO ME ON **.**.**** AS PER THE NOTICE THEY DIRECTED TO SEND MONEY THROUGH A ONETIME SETTLEMENT LINK AND I PAID RUPEES **** THE OVERDUE AMOUNT WAS ACTUALLY LESSER THAN THE DIRECTED AMOUNT . BUT I PAID MORE WITH THE DIRECTION OF THAT LEGAL NOTICE ON **.**.**** , Zaakpay ID ZP*e*f****f**da. but still my credit report showing 'written off'. I'm unable to get any other loan only because of Mobikwik. I contacted Mobikwik sevaral times through E-mails,Phone calls ,chats etc. But they didn't resolved my problem. They asked me to directly request to PPF the lender.I contacted to them,they told me that Mobikwik didn't send even a penny to them. I lost my money, efforts, chances to get a loan because of Mobikwik and now I felt serious mental depression. Please do necessary
