Naukri.com - Still dint give my updated resume

Hi,

My name is Arthi , i was searching job in Dubai thenI purchased Naukri.com on *th feb, i got a call from naukri.com customer service (Vishal Singh) and he said it will be very useful and u ll get the job soon and they even said my resume is not ATS friendly so you can buy this resume writing services after this resume writing services is completed we ll make your account as prime and you ll get more job search and you ll be top on recruiters search also. I believed them and i purchased this, it is *month now and i still dint get resume updated one with some or other reason they kept delaying it whereas they promised me to give my updated resume in *days. This is totally fake and very disappointing and its one month now still i dint get any updated resume nor i got the prime search. I was in Dubai i wanted job over there soon. But they dint respond me properly and now i am back to India. Naukri.com purchase is fraud no assistance where provided. I am very disappointed i need my refund.
