MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT MODEL - Steering Issue Maruti Manufacturing Defect

My Vehicle number is - DL*CCM****, Swift Dzire VDI (Aug'**** Model)
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service that I have received from maruti suzuki authorised dealerships. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I have been facing a serious steering issue with my Maruti Swift Dzire car, and despite my repeated complaints, the issue has not been resolved.
I have always got my car serviced from Maruti authorised dealerships only, but every time I reported the issue of the hard steering, it was ignored, and there was no mention of it in their database. I have visited maruti dealerships multiple times in the past year, and each time the issue was dismissed without any real investigation.
Moreover, during my last service, I discovered that there was a circular released by Maruti (only to its dealerships not with the customers) about the same, which stated that it was to be replaced under the Maruti circular (FOC) only. It seems like your dealerships were intentionally waiting for my car to cross the warranty timeline, which was for * years, before taking any action.
I would also like to bring to your attention that this issue did not occur suddenly, and it has been there for a while. The situation has only worsened over time, and it is now causing me great discomfort and inconvenience while driving.
I requested maruti as a gesture of goodwill, Iplease get this steering issue resolved under Maruti circular only, as I am not willing to bear the cost of something that was not my fault.
I request you to take immediate action and get the steering issue in my car resolved as soon as possible.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly with a resolution.
