Product: Oil extract Machine for Home use
Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked oil extract machine on ** April **** in Trichy during the Agri Expo conducted by popular magazine Viktan with Sri Garuda Engg. Booking amount Rs. ****/-
Balance amount of Rs. ***** paid during the mid of July. Even after one month, I didn't receive the product and they are not response at all.
So I request them to refund the full amount which I paid. Even after the month and still, I didn't get my payment back

So I request you to do the needful at earliest
