I have a broadband connection of netplus private service limited from last ** months. the worst service I have ever seen. Customer care team making fool their customers on the name of plan update . netplus commit there internet speed *** mbps but here it is coming below ** mbps. I have complained three times about this matter but no response from technical team. I wants to file legal action.
