Agnelo Opticians - Spectacles not delivered

Had personally placed order at shop Agnelo Opticians after national lockdown for bifocal lens due to sight problems on *th May **** for which i paid an advance of Rs**** for a delivery date of **th May ****. On **th May when i went to collect the informed me to come tomorrow as its in transit. when i went next day they said its still not arrived and come two days later. This way i returned * times without it. Then they phoned on **th May to collect it next week. There was no end to it as this shop is only returning customers. And stopped answering them as they are only postponing the date.
