Dear Sir/Madam
I have booked Adidas Blue Thong Flip Flop in Snap Deal app on ** Jan **** with offer . and paid by credit card of Rs. *** , still snap deal not delivered the product and in app they updated product hasbeen delivered on **.**.**.
when i have send a mail to snap deal they have reply with POD, in that POD they have done forgery of my signature.
again i have send a mail this is not my signature but they are not replying and not refunding my money , plz help me with lodge against them
