- Since last one month mentally torching and not a single employee give me proper solution and not pro Open
I was raised complain by mail since last one month again and again but till date not a singal solution for me given by company.
My complains for INTERNET not working properly, solution Tat , last month bill refund for not provide proper services, and also clearly maintion in mail for if required for contect me for any details between *.** pm to *.** pm.
But company employees not read properly my mail and every time call which was not preferred to me . And also every time told we have worked on it and we have provide solution within * days.
But till date problems as it is.
Employees told every time they have raise complain for REFUND my bill amount but that was not clear till date for refund process is clear or pending any approvals for refund amount in my account.
Big ISSUE for me..... not provide proper network for using call or internet smoothly till......date...
