IDEA - Sim not found

Idea person calls me to port the number in the idea. I accept his request. But he did not give me the Sim. My number is stopped for the last ** days. I called but he did not receive my phone. I also call to customer care but no solution. Please do something. I have the only phone number of this person. My humble request please solve my problem.
