Nimmadhi Property Management - Significant deficiency of Service and loss of property items

Nimmadhi Property Management signed contract for my two properties in Coimbatore and took over custody of property and contents in it. For one year they did not maintain the property well and did not rent it, I also put rental advertisement on my own and give then several leads but they did not followup/show properly. Potential tenants complained the property is poorly maintained and cant be rented. I terminated the contact and asked for handover but they did not handover all items and there is considerable loss of property items as well.
