Ravivarma Kanumuri filed complaint against IFB on May 16, 2021
I had purchased IFB Washing machine * years back, taken and AMC for * year from **.**.**** to **.**.**** for Rs.****/- during this time neither the service engineer visited for AMC works or enquired about machine conditions.
* days back when i had raised a complaint on machine working , technician visited an and saying display mother board failed and cost close to Rs.****/-
and again AMC charges of Rs.****
This is absolutely deprival of service , during covid condition last year , there must be some force majeure conditions in contract, How can we spend so much amounts on AMC service when they did not support during actual machine complaints.
