Aldrado Soes Website - Shoes package not delivered from Aldrado site

I have placed Order for one women shoes on **st December **** and also got confirmation message from Aldrado website that your order have been placed successfully. On **rd December **** I received another message from Aldrardo site that my ordered shoes is dispatched and will received soon. But till now *rd Jan **** I haven't received any message from the site and even there is no customer support facility is provided with same site.
I have already paid the amount online because no Cash on delivery facility exists on their site.
That is the issue that I am facing and I request you to please take appropriate action as soon as possible.
