CapitalVia Global Research Limited - Share market fraud Unethical and illegal practice

Being an Investment Advisory firm, they are supposed to provide services based on SEBI guidelines, and on the basis of Risk profile. Their employees did a wrong risk profile on me inflating my capital so that they can charge a huge fees. They charged me fees more than my total capital. They gave me calls with no Stop loss and no guidance, when I was making losses on the stock market following their advices, they stopped their services during market hours, didnt know what to do and booked huge losses. They ignored my complaints and I raised a complain with SEBI, and now they are not helping speed up the investigation process by not sharing call recordings.
